1.2. By using this website and making a payment, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking Confirmation
2.1. All cruise bookings made on www.worldluxcruises.com will be automatically confirmed upon successful payment via our payment gateway.
2.2. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
3. Cruise Line-Specific Terms
3.1. Each cruise line featured on www.worldluxcruises.com has its own unique Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to policies regarding cancellations, changes, refunds, and onboard conduct.
3.2. It is your responsibility to review and understand the specific Terms and Conditions of the selected cruise line prior to completing your booking.
3.3. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the relevant cruise line’s Terms and Conditions.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payments made on www.worldluxcruises.com are final and non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the selected cruise line.
4.2. We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store payment information on our servers.
4.3 TCS (Tax Collected at Source):
Section 206C under LRS scheme of the Income Tax Act
5% TCS will be applicable on Basic Fare + Port Taxes & all ancillary services up to Rs.7 lakhs during the Financial Year 1st April’24 to 31st March’25 (along with the declaration/undertaking as per prescribed format attached)
20% will be applicable on Basic Fare + Port Taxes & all ancillary services beyond 7 Lakhs during the Financial Year 1st April’24 to 31st March’25 (along with the declaration/undertaking as per prescribed format attached)
It is also mandatory to submit your PAN card details of the lead passenger so that you may can avail TCS credit while filing your ITR.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all personal and travel information provided during the booking process.
5.2. Passengers must comply with the cruise line’s documentation requirements, including but not limited to visas, passports, and vaccinations.
6. Liability
6.1. Sharaf Travel India acts solely as an intermediary between the passenger and the cruise line. We are not liable for any issues arising from the cruise line’s services, including cancellations, itinerary changes, or onboard experiences.
6.2. In case of disputes, the terms set forth by the respective cruise line will prevail.
7. Changes and Cancellations
7.1. Changes and cancellations are subject to the policies of the selected cruise line. Additional fees may apply.

9. Governing Law

9.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in (Mumbai), India.
